Reservations can be canceled free of charge, except prepaid and non-cancellable offers, within the terms provided, which can be viewed on our booking system SimpleBooking.
For special periods or high season, the hotel reserves the right to apply a minimum stay.

Discounts and child conditions
Children and beds are extra

All children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge (when using existing bedding in their parents' room).
Children over 15 years are calculated as adults.
Extra beds and cots are available on request and their availability must be confirmed by the hotel.
If you bring your own travel cot (for children up to 2 years), or your bed linen for the cot, no additional cost will be applied.
By booking directly, the hotel's children's bed will be at your disposal free of charge when bringing your own linen. If you prefer the hotel's linen, a cost of € 8.00 per night for the cot will be calculated. Remember that extra beds and cots are available, always on request, only in Classic and Comfort rooms.

Time Check-in

Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 23:00 unless otherwise agreed with the management.
It is always possible to leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in from 10:00 on day of arrival.
 

Time Check-out

On the day of departure you will be asked to clear your room until 11:00, unless otherwise agreed with the management.
It is of course 'possible to check-out at any time. If the departure is scheduled before the opening of the restaurant ( 7.00 am) you can have a small breakfast at the hotel bar or we can provide a packed lunch instead of breakfast.
 

Night service

A clerk is available on call at night time to grant access to the hotel.
There is no bar service after closing time, but you still can buy soft drinks and mineral water to take up to your room.

CHECK-IN RULES

We would like to remind you that in order to check in you must be in possession of one of the following identification documents, in original and valid:

Identity card for EU citizens or equivalent document, as indicated below or Personal passport.
(Documents equivalent to an identity card or passport: driving licence, nautical licence, gun permit, identification cards, provided they have a photograph and a stamp or other equivalent marking, issued by an administration of the Italian State. The above applies only to Italian citizens).

For minors unaccompanied by one or both parents, in addition to an identity card or personal passport, a photocopy of the absent parents' identification documents and a written proxy stating the dates of the stay are required. For more specific information, please contact reception!

Should guests fail to present themselves in possession of the required identification documents, the hotel will be forced to deny check-in by cancelling the existing reservation and charging the penalty fee stipulated in the "Terms of Cancellation".
