  • In common areas it is mandatory to respect the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter.

Main Information

Reception and bar hours
The reception is open from 8:00 to 24:00.
In low season the timetable may vary.
After closing, you can access the hotel by ringing the bell. An employee will come to open immediately.

The hotel bar, located on the ground floor at the reception, is open from 8:00 to 24:00

Room key
Please hand your room key at the reception every time you leave the hotel.

Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant from 07:30 to 10:00 (coffee service available from 7:00). After this time breakfast will be offered at the hotel bar.
It is however possible to have breakfast in advance at opening hours, upon request at the reception the previous evening.
Housekeeper - Linen
If you want pillows, blankets, extra towels or other linen, contact the reception

Safe-deposit box
The room is equipped with a free electronic safe. The hotel assumes no responsibility for money or valuables left unattended in the room. The instructions for using and programming the code can be found in the wardrobe or can be viewed at this link.

Do not disturb
If you need it, place the "Do not disturb" sign on the external door handle.
In the presence of the sign, the staff on the floors will NOT enter for the daily cleaning.
Air conditioning
Use the remote control to set the desired temperature.
Remember to always keep the windows closed when the air conditioner is running!
We recommend for your health not to set too low temperatures. To avoid sudden changes in temperature, it is recommended not to exceed more than 5 degrees of difference with the external temperature.
Maintenance / Troubleshooting
If you find any faults or malfunctions contact the reception immediately. Thanks!

Check out
On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 11:00 am. Otherwise, unless otherwise agreed with the Management, the price of an additional night will be charged. For Priority Check-out and Delayed Charge services, ask for information at the reception.

Luggage storage
On the day of check-out, you can store your luggage at the hotel until departure. The luggage storage is located in the lobby on the ground floor.

TV - Available channels
Italian and international channels are available.
If you experience reception problems, due to malfunctions or discharged batteries, please inform the reception.

Iron / kettle
For safety reasons, the use of an iron or a kettle in the hotel rooms is not permitted

Fire regulations

Respect the fire regulations, in particular, check the exit routes and the location of the fire extinguishers. Do not use electrical or gas appliances in the room, such as camping stoves, coffee kettles or electrical appliances that are in any case in poor condition.

Additional information

Drinking water
The water from the water system is drinkable, however due to the high chlorine content it is not recommended to drink it in large quantities.

Electrical outlet adapter
Contact the reception if you need an electrical outlet adapter.
Voltage is 220 v

Access to pets is not allowed, unless agreed with the Management.

Credit cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Eurocard.

Postcards and stamps
You can buy postcards and stamps at the tobacconist's next to the hotel.

Doctor
The tourist doctor is available during the summer season until 20:00
For information or medical emergencies, contact the reception, even at night, by calling number 9.

Florist
For any orders, the reception is at your disposal.

Golf
The area offers several golf courses. For more information on agreements with golf courses ask at reception.

Tourist information
Free brochures and leaflets on the main attractions in the area are available at the reception. Tickets and Tours can be booked and purchased. For more information the reception is at your complete disposal.

Messages
The messages addressed to you will be available at the reception, only if you have consented to the reception.

Bicycle, car and scooter rental
City bikes are available for hire at the hotel. For more information the reception will be happy to assist you.

Restaurant
The hotel does not currently provide restaurant service. You will find many restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias and snack bars in the immediate vicinity.
The reception will be happy to advise and assist you with reservations.

You can request a wake-up call service at the reception

Taxi
The taxi station is located at the end of the square, 100 meters on the right. It is often necessary to book in advance, especially if you need a car at night or early in the morning.

Phone
The phone is enabled for outgoing calls. For the external line, type 0 (zero)
If the appliance is not enabled, contact the reception to remove the block.
Calls are counted overall.

Tennis
Tennis courts can be found a 10-minute walk from the hotel. It is necessary to book. For information contact the reception

Transfer to and from the airport
It is possible to request personalized transfers with a price per vehicle used, from all the main airports and railway stations in northern Italy, to and from all of Lake Garda.
The service is provided by external companies. It may be necessary to book 2-3 days in advance. For information ask at the reception.

Public transport
The bus stop is located 100 meters from the hotel, exiting to the left. Tickets must be purchased before boarding at the affiliated tobacconists and bars.

Visitors
For security reasons, non-registered visitors are not allowed to enter the rooms.
